Small Concierge Help (Bookings only – no advice)

CHF 120 first booking, CHF 80 each change
✔ Complex bookings (ski rental, ski lessons, florist):
CHF 180 per booking as long as client provides all info upfront CHF 80 each change
(If long-winded or multi-step, extra time will be billed at CHF 120/hour – confirmed before proceeding.)

Food costs must be paid in cash in advance or via card payment through SumUp upon delivery (5% processing fee applies).

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy: All fees must be paid before work begins. Premium services (e.g., private chef) are charged immediately upon confirmation of any additional time or extended bookings.
Private Chef & Catering: CHF 180 per booking for coordination. Chef’s charges are paid directly to the chef. If the chef’s bill exceeds CHF 1,800, an additional 10% commission applies to the amount above CHF 1,800. Commission fees must be paid by credit card immediately upon confirmation.
Complex Booking Policy: CHF 180 per booking applies unless the request becomes long-winded or time-consuming. In that case, additional time will be billed at CHF 120/hour, confirmed with you before proceeding.
Destination Advice: Not included with single bookings or hourly concierge time. Available only via Destination Advice Only or itinerary packages.
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. If your first choice is unavailable, we’ll secure the next best option.
Cancellation Policy: We’ll always do our best to minimise any supplier cancellation fees, but these remain the client’s responsibility.
Third-Party Costs: All prices exclude the cost of services booked on your behalf. A 5% processing fee applies to the total of all bookings we manage. Receipts for grocery purchases will be provided to the client.

A: Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We’ll credit any unused hours towards your new package.

A: We’ll set up the app for CHF 300 (includes first hour of upload). Additional upload time is billed at CHF 120/hour.

Q: What happens if my chef booking goes over budget?
A: If the chef’s bill exceeds CHF 1,800, an additional 10% commission applies to the amount above that threshold. Commission is charged immediately by credit card.

Q: Will I receive a receipt for groceries?
A: Yes, a receipt for the food shop will be provided.

*You will still need to pay for the call request if the restaurants or suppliers are fully booked, however we will do our best to find you a suitable replacement. High season might require a long-term request payment if you are not booking far in advance.
