Exercises to get you fit for your ski holiday

Here is a helpful little functional fitness video to help you get ready for your ski holiday. The exercises are great for all mountain sports from skiing to snowboarding and telemarking. They suggest you do the exercises twice a week, spending 30 minutes working out each time – easily achievable!
